The Library Research Tutorial (formerly the General Library Research Tutorial or GLRT) is comprised of 6 modules, each with a quiz at the end. The entire tutorial takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete. Assign all or some of the online modules and quizzes to your students and have them print or save the module quiz results as PDFs. If you assign all modules, there is a single 20-question quiz which students can print or save as well..
Two of the modules -- Finding books in Andruss Library (Module 3) and Finding articles in Andruss Library (Module 4) --- may be used as a 'lite' version of the Library Research Tutorial. They provide a introduction to the library's catalog, BU Books & More, and its discovery search, Search Everything @ BU.
Please note: the tutorial is a work in progress, so feedback is welcome. If you have suggestions for revisions/deletions/additions, please let us know, using the Suggestion Box.
Thank you!
